MR SUPRAMANIAM RAMASAMY is specialised on technical and operational aspects of the plantations. He is also the Principal and Technical Lead of Palmiss Plantation Management Services (PPMS) with 38 years of management experience with multinational conglomerates such as Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad, Carsons Cumberbatch Ltd, PT GoodHope Group of Companies, Felda Global Ventures and Olam International Ltd.

He brings functional and technical expertise in green and brown field development, manufacturing of plantation processing plants and management of rubber, palm oil plantations and cocoa in Malaysia, Indonesia and Africa.

MR SEGAVAN GUVENTEN is the Head of Operations and Strategy at Palmiss Sdn Bhd. Prior to this, he was the Senior Plantation Controller, managing four oil palm plantation companies in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. He was also the Head of Upstream Support at New Britain Palm Oil Limited (NBPOL) in Papua New Guinea.

Mr. Segavan was the Head of Procurement & Administration, Head of Sales & Marketing, and an Estate Manager in Africa, and Assistant Vice President in Strategy & Business Development of Sime Darby Plantation.

He has been actively involved in Mergers & Acquisitions and has conducted numerous feasibility studies on greenfield and brownfield areas for commercial oil palm cultivation and rubber cultivation in Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, PNG, Liberia, to name a few.

Mr Segavan has a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and an MBA, majoring in Finance, from the University of Southern Queensland (USQ), Australia.
